Abstract. The purpose of this paper is to establish the existence of solutions for an integral boundary value problem of second-order set on the infinite interval. The arguments we have used are based upon the nonlinear alternative of Leray-Schauder type. As applications, two examples are included to show the applicability of our result.2010 Mathematics Subject Classification:47H10;54H25.
