The final electronic manuscript (typed in Latex) should be deposited to the submission site in your author account.

Galley proofs

Galley proofs of the paper will be sent to authors, and should be corrected if necessary. The changes should be uploaded as soon as possible to your author account in the submission website.

Offprints

Authors will receive one issue and 20 free offprints.
