The purpose of this paper is to show that for one can determine explicitly an such that , at least one prime between and . This is a generalization of Bertrand's Postulate. Furthermore, the same procedures are used to show that if one can find upper and lower bounds for whose difference is then a prime between and , where , are constants, and , where runs over the primes.
