Tile-Transitive Partial Tilings of the Plane

Abstract.

There are 3 different kinds of periodic tile-transitive partial
tilings of the plane; those having none, one or an
infinite number of unbounded components.
In each case all possible equivariant types can be enumerated.
These results are obtained by using a generalization of the method of
Delaney-Dress symbols.
