In the case of acceptance the authors are asked also to send the manuscript in electronic form TeX (AmSTeX, LaTeX, please avoid the use of self defined macros), Dvi files as well the PostScript file of the camera ready version of the manuscript. After the acceptance of the manuscript we send the set of proof pages. Read them carefully, please. No changes will be made (or should be made) once a paper is published.
